How to incoporate the 4th of July into your wedding (without being tacky)

Happy July 4th!

The summer holidays are officially here! If you’re a summer bride and want to incorporate the “America” theme into your wedding without it feeling like a backyard bash, keep reading!

Red, White, & Blue are iconic colors and instantly remind you of the USA; you can incorporate these colors into your wedding without handing flags everywhere! Strawberries, blueberries, and cream cheese are the perfect cake toppings for a summer themed wedding. If you want to be a little more literal, take inspo from these cake pops (they’re so cute)!

Play with white and add little touches of blue and red. I love the way this tent is decorated! The white makes the space look bigger and the hanging lanterns give the pop of color.

Bridesmaids Dresses! The easiest, chicest way to stay on theme is navy bridesmaid dresses. You can play with different fabrics (even sequins) but keeping all the girls in one color is aesthetically pleasing to the eye!

Summer activities! Having some fun, traditional summer activities at your wedding will have your guests enjoying every part of the day. I love the idea of having cornhole at your wedding for the cocktail hour!

Having sparklers for your guests add to the 4th of July theme and they’ll create great photos for you to look back on!

Summer snacks! Watermelon is my go-to snack in the summer! These watermelon pops are so cute and the perfect way to help your guests cool down in the heat.

A Coca-Cola is totally on theme with 4th of July! It’s a cute touch to add to your wedding or even give to your guests at favors (you can customize the bottles)!

We hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th of July! Cheers to you summer brides!

Please keep in mind we will be closed Wednesday, July 4th 2018.

We will re-open Thursday, July 5th!
